Economy - The Issue Of Great Importance
Fellow Americans,
We face many issues that involve a threat to our rights. They are
all important and we have no less concern for any of our unalienable
rights that mankind is endowed with. However, we emphasize the
reason for people to give extra focus to the issue of economy.
We do so because, this American nation that came into being by
the hand of God faces unsustainable payouts for entitlements plus an
unsustainable corruption in the policy of Government spending.
Without proper reforms that will turn our economy around under a
system of free enterprise, we face a government that is enslaving us in
taxes and false promises. The depressed economy hastens the
deprivation of the sustaining support that millions of our veterans and
senior citizens depend on. We could face the permanent loss of
constitutional law and order.
Everyone can understand what happens when people lose their
jobs and are unable to acquire the basic necessities for themselves or
their family. They become desperate. The motive for crime goes up.
Many people will no longer have consideration for anything other than
where to go for help even if at the hands of martial law. From such
events that are made possible because of our Federal Government's
present policy of an unsustainable economy, we face the growing
danger of a permanent loss of constitutional law and order. Therefore,
we focus on this danger and the reforms needed to restore our
economy and our economic freedom while, at the same time,
maintaining support for those who depend on their entitlement income.
The Independent American Party encourages every American
including candidates, incumbents and constituents to help us turn our
unsustainable economy around. Promote and support the IAP promoted
economic reforms that are outlined in Bulletin 091214 of the Committee
of Correspondence Freedom Alerts .
The advantage for accomplishing tax reform with the Fair Tax Act,
in addition to its great ability to promote the savings and investments
needed to rebuild our economy as discussed in Bulletin 091214, is the
elimination of IRS control over the American people. It will eliminate the
Federal Government's ability to do social engineering on our
population. It would make certain provisions of proposed health care
reform, impossible to administer.
Michael Reagan quoted his father, President Ronald Reagan, with
these words: “We need true tax reform that will at least make a start
toward restoring for our children the American Dream that wealth is
denied to no one, that each individual has the right to fly as high as his
strength and ability will take him... But we cannot have such reform
while our tax policy is engineered by people who view the tax as a
means of achieving changes in our social structure."
We ask all IAP and C of C members to recruit everyone.
Suggested methods include organize, support and attend public
meetings to promote the vital economic reforms. A suggested meeting
agenda outline is in Bulletin 091214. Invite the public to these meetings
by handing out fliers that contain information in support of the vital
reforms that we need to achieve. A suggested flier for invitations and a
DVD with videos to show at meetings are available at request at cost of
postage from libertyquest2@netzero.com.
