                 Survival Depends On Facing Facts
              Economy Depends On Replacing The IRS With A Consumption Tax


           It is a matter of facing the facts, not a matter of making predictions of
    economic doom. Facts say that the economic policy of our Government is
    unsustainable and will lead us into an unconstitutional dictatorship unless
    the American people are able to sufficiently unite for the necessary
    economic corrections.

    In an address given to the West Point 2010 Cadets, President
    Obama said "there are some areas where my power is absolute". He
    also praised those who "meet and shape moments of change" in
    reference to our present times that he referred to as "an era of
    economic transformation". Click HERE to read those comments in

            The facts say that special interest groups have pushed the world
    into an integrated interdependent global economy that has no favor for
    our nation in respect to our American independence and laws that were
    built upon the foundation of our American Declaration of Independence.

            To avoid the crash of the unsustainable economy that would give
    excuse to implement the President's Executive Orders (Could this be what
    President Obama was referring to when he said that in some areas he has absolute
    power?), the American people must achieve two goals. We must achieve
    reduction in government spending and, at the same time, create an
    expanding economy that can bring in the tax revenue to establish a
    balanced budget and pay off our national debt. To achieve these goals
    will not be easy but, the alternative is unacceptable.        

            Concerning the great issue of our American economy, our law and
    order will likely suffer its worst failure unless we unite for freedom from
    income taxes and the IRS and restore the health of America's free
    enterprise economy. We promote the reforms to set America free from
    socialism, debt and the income tax. We the people must fix our
    unsustainable economy.

            Before the bad economic policies of government and business
    combined to hasten the depression of our unsustainable economy, our
    American economy was already unsustainable due to the increasing
    costs of Social Security and Medicare. With the newly added IRS
    administered health care law that Congress has passed, the already
    unsustainable cost of socialism in America will become more
    unsustainable. When any government forces you into servitude and robs
    or taxes you to pay for my needs and failures, it will soon require a
    dictatorship to reclaim control over the unsustainable society.

            The Fair Tax abolishes the IRS and its ability to make people pay in
    such a direct Federally controlled socially engineered way. As good as
    the elimination of this power to tax and control would be, many patriots
    still oppose the Fair Tax as being not much better than being under IRS
    control. However, unless we do unite in support of the Fair Tax, the
    present tax system will likely remain in place for their social engineering
    goals. The millions who depend on entitlements will not vote to abolish
    the IRS without the Fair Tax plan to better support the benefits they
    depend on. The IRS control will remain in place to cripple our free
    enterprise economy.

            The American people need to endure the present economic
    hardships and unite to accomplish the reforms that will restore our
    economy and freedom from the IRS and forced servitude through its
    power of direct taxation. Since the new health care law requires the IRS
    to enforce its administration, that law should be repealed even before the
    law of the Fair Tax abolishes the IRS.

           The IAP promotes the Fair Tax to relieve us from the burdens of the
    IRS and the income tax which will work to restore a prosperous free
    enterprise economy. Until entitlement reform can be accomplished, the
    Fair Tax will provide a healthier economic support for entitlement benefits
    that are widely acknowledged to be at risk. The Fair Tax, by relieving tax
    burdens from business, investments and capital gains, will raise
    prosperity among all of our population. Jobs and independence will
    return. With no IRS, we will be free to be independent and no longer
    forced to pay federal taxes.  

            We call for all Americans to stand up in defense of our Constitution.
    Please join with the efforts of the IAP and Committee of Correspondence
    in promoting the reforms that are needed to prevent an economic crash
    that would lead to the collapse of our law and order. Once law and order
    under our Constitution is replaced by an emergency Executive Order
    dictatorship, it may be a long time before we again have the right to stand
    up in defense of our Constitution.

           The economic reforms we need include spending cuts and a tax
    reform that will promote the needed economic growth necessary to create
    a balanced budget while performing the functions of Government. To gain
    the public support needed to bring about the accomplishment of such a
    tax reform, provisions within the proposed tax plan must ensure the best
    possible funding for maintaining the entitlements that so many Americans
    now depend on. The Fair Tax is the answer. See the answer of the Fair

            It is without doubt, the income tax with its IRS enforcement is an
    oppressive tax that prevents the economic growth that is necessary to
    pay the debt that our Government has created. Without the Fair Tax
    reform leading the way among other reforms, we will not be able to work
    our way out of the unsustainable debt we are now in. American law and
    order will give way to an economic collapse that will provide excuse for
    emergency dictatorship that has been planned for through Congressional
    legislative action and Presidential Executive Order. See also HERE.
