The Independent American Party Defending America's Principles of Independence and Liberty and Promoting Committee of Correspondence Action By Every American

Their Days Of Power Are Coming To A Close
It is the responsibility of the federal government to secure our
borders. How do those elected officials who will not secure our
borders, especially in these times of war and terrorism, get elected?
Obviously, it is through lying and deceit.
Corrupt personalities, such as many politicians unfortunately
are, tend to seek positions of power including political power. These
corrupt politicians are now in the controlling majority of our federal
government where their works are being made widely manifest to
the American people. They know that in the coming elections they
will lose the advantage of their controlling majority. This fact makes
them more dangerous than usual to our way of life because, they
realize that their agenda is becoming publicly exposed and that they
will only be able to achieve their goals while they still have power.
We, the American people, must recognize these events and
continue with our greatest efforts to maintain our law and order
through every election. Through standing up for our law for the
elections, we can win the fight for the right.
In the spirit of eternal vigilance, we promote good government
and good law for the preservation of our law and order because,
only an educated and informed American population will have the
backbone necessary to stand up and preserve freedom and the
laws of our Constitution.
News stories that are being published everyday over the news
wires and accessed unedited through Internet outlets present
continuing evidence that America needs a political party that stands
up for the promotion of America's values of liberty and
independence.
As it was with the patriots of the American Revolution, so it is
now. As those patriots had reason at the beginning of our nation to
bind the powers of government in the chains of the Constitution's
laws, so it is now that the American people cannot trust government
to do anything right. America must have an active population of
patriots who understand the need for eternal vigilance and who
stand up for the promotion of America's values and the principles of
freedom that are embodied in the Declaration of Independence and
Constitution. America's patriots must stand up to promote and
maintain a population so educated as to be able to use the
advantage of the Constitution's laws of liberty to properly direct the
affairs of government at all levels. For this cause the Independent
American Party establishes the Committee of Correspondence
organization for the promotion of concerned citizen action.
The Committee of Correspondence is established in
recognition that without an eternally vigilant people to stand up and
promote good laws of liberty the politicians in government will soon
fail to live up to the intentions of America's Founding Fathers and of
those who have been willing to sacrifice for our freedoms.
The following news articles are evidence of the dangers of
placing trust in government. IAP comments are added.
Souter happy to shape our Constitution
Here we read, "Former Supreme Court Judge Souter argues
that the Constitution is too full of ambiguous language and
competing imperatives to sustain a textual approach to its
interpretation. Like the people it serves — who throughout their
history have demanded security and liberty, liberty and equality —
the Constitution tries to have it both ways and is too often
irreconcilable."
With these words we see some of the arguments that help
shape the decisions of a Supreme Court Judge. It gives us cause to
recognize that only through an educated and informed population
will America have the backbone necessary to stand up and
preserve freedom. As America stands united in the cause of
freedom, freedom is preserved in recognition of everyone's
unalienable rights on election day.
More evidence of the dangers of placing trust in government is
seen in the following news stories.

The ability of the American people to sustain their freedoms is
greatly dependent on their economic freedom. The Independent
American Party strongly promotes support for H.R. 4995 to end the
Health Care Insurance Mandate even before waiting for passage of
the Fair Tax Act which will abolish the operations of the IRS. To
accomplish abolishment of the IRS is as important to the restoration
of our freedoms as the Declaration of Independence was to the
freedom of the first American patriots.
