A Call For Freedom
Through The Preservation of American Law and Order
- On June 27, 2010, concerns were raised when 10 Russian
spies were apprehended. The need for Russia to spy on American
secrets, as was the case during the Cold War, has diminished in
recent years. United States authorities said the Russian agents
were under observation by U.S. authorities for a decade. The
decision to apprehend the Russians was in consideration of
indications that some of them planned to leave the United States.

During the Cold War with the Soviet Union, previous to its
economic collapse and our nation's industrial downsizing, the
American people had reason for a great deal of pride in their free
enterprise achievements. The Communist dictators had reason to
feel threatened by our free enterprise achievements when their
people also wanted to be free to achieve their dreams. The wall
they built to keep their people under oppression in East Germany
did come down.
It is in our American spirit to celebrate our freedom, to resist
the threat of Communism with its expansion of economic
enslavement and help the downtrodden people become free. This
conflict between free enterprise and communism or socialism
resulted in the Cold War with Russian spies who were intent on
learning the secrets of our free enterprise industrial and military
achievements.
Spies are always a threat to the security of a nation, or of a
corporation that must protect its best secret recipe to keep its
customers, or of a political candidate who would like to keep his
opponent in the dark on the secret issue that is planned to win
those needed votes on election day. We use spies to gain
knowledge of terrorist plans. People who make such plans are a
threat to our law and order under the rule of our Constitution's laws.
Such threats require a population dedicated to freedom in order to
balance their need for liberty with that of security. The enemies of
our free society understand how fear can cause people to accept
new laws against their rights not otherwise acceptable to them.
Of similar importance, another question should be considered.
Why is our free enterprise economy continuing in the same
unsustainable direction?
A self proclaimed elite, who believe in an accidental universe
where mankind has no unalienable rights, are the central players in
the attempt to transform civilization into their idea of a new world
order. In their plan, no one nation will have advantage over
another. Such a civilization is not possible without power to control
either through persuasive propaganda and deception or by open
dictatorship. Their goal is to persuade those of us who do believe in
our unalienable rights to abandon our religion and rights for the
want of food, shelter and health to government socialism control.
Their creation of this want includes the financial transformation or
depression of our American free enterprise economy by such
means as establishing bad free trade agreements. Many American
patriots knew that those agreements would not work in the best
interests of the people. Unsuccessful opposition to what the bad
trade agreements would mean has been well expressed in
Congress as seen HERE, HERE and HERE.
They seek for the depression of our free enterprise system
rather than to see the people progress as was possible when
Americans were free to reap the fruit of all their labors. Time and
time again, under the administrations of both Democrats and
Republicans, they have passed legislation against the will of the
people. Democrats and Republicans have both brought us
oppressive taxes and bad trade agreements in opposition to the
majority of the people. Against our will, they pass tax codes and bad
trade agreements that cost us the loss of industry and jobs to
depress our free enterprise economy, the system that produced the
greatest prosperity and distribution of wealth among the citizens
over that of any other civilization.
As a result of the global and our USA economic depression,
we see in news stories where Russia's President Dmitry Medvedev
has advocated a new world order. It fits right in with those who
promote "an era of economic transformation" and the loss of our
jobs to foreign interests through bad trade agreements and tax

In an address given to the West Point 2010 Cadets, President
Obama praised those who "meet and shape moments of change" in
reference to our present times that he referred to as "an era of
economic transformation". The truth is that America does not need
or want the era of economic transformation that is threatening the
general welfare of the people of our free and independent nation.
What we do need are the reforms in taxes, trade and welfare
programs that will restore our jobs and preserve us as a free people.

that speech seen HERE. How much do world leaders have need of
spies when they have the same goals of economic transformation?
For US and Russia, it's now a walk in the park.
For the voting public, it is increasingly becoming apparent of
the common goal of the self proclaimed elite and world leaders to
bring to pass the depression of our American free enterprise
economy. Those who seek to bring about this "era of economic
transformation" would like to dispel accusations of their international
collaboration.
With all of the international collaboration taking place for the
depression of our free enterprise economy, which includes our
enslavement to socialism, debt and tax oppression with government
taking ever greater control of our industry and health care, the need
for the apprehension of those Cold War spies seems more to do
with the need for propaganda.
America has established standards and requirements that help
determine the loyalty of people who serve the cause of freedom.
People who serve in the United States armed forces take an oath to
defend the Constitution as do those who serve in the office of
President. Because of pressure and propaganda from lobbyists and
others who have surely understood the consequences of what they
were advocating, such oaths have not prevented Presidents and
Congress from establishing tax policy and trade agreements that
put our American jobs in unfair competition with the sweat shops
and slave labor of foreign lands and nations oppressed under
Communist dictators.
We the people of these United States have a duty to preform if
we are going to survive as a free people. We must learn and teach
the law of our Constitution in recognition that without economic
freedom we are as slaves in the service of the masters. We the
people of the Independent American Party stand in support of our
American independence and unalienable rights. For the support of
our nation's law and order, we promote the reforms that are needed
to restore and expand the might and strength of American

We recognize that America will be in a better position to help
raise the standards of the people of other nations when we can
show and teach them by example. The IAP is in agreement with the
Kansas state motto, a variant of which says, "Through the faith to
reach, we can achieve even beyond our sight of the stars."
Our nation needs people who are willing to remember the
great sacrifices of those who gave us our laws of liberty. Consider
the worth of freedom and how soon it can be lost if we are not
willing to apply the laws that were established in the Constitution for
freedom's defense. The Independent American Party asks you to
