Let's Put America Back To Work

The world has always had its share of people whose greatest ambition is to
rule over other people. They have learned to do it by exploiting people in their
want for the comforts and needs of life, wherein the communist revolutions are
born. They say, “Trust us and follow us. Give us your vote and together we will
share in the wealth of those who have more than they need.” So, the people vote
and give power to those who promise to give what is not theirs to give.

The creature thus created becomes a self serving beast in which history
repeats itself wherein the people will continue to vote to satisfy the demands of
their needs that have always grown beyond the economic ability of society to
provide. This growth in the demand for the people's needs is the reality we are
now seeing in America as the cause for our unsustainable economy. Unless the
American people stand up to vote for a different outcome, America's government
is destined to collapse and fall under the control of those who plan to rule in the
    style of a communist oligarchy.

What most Americans really want in life is the opportunity to work at a good
job where they can trade their labor or skill for the means to purchase or obtain
their needs and comforts of life.

The Independent American Party has a plan that will put America back to
work. It is a plan that will restore the freedom for free enterprise. It will bring back
our industry and the jobs that have been leaving our country and going to nations
such as China where people live under the oppression of a communist oligarchy.
The plan involves government reforms, chief among those reforms is the need to
support the overhaul of our tax system and replace it with the people's version of
the Fair Tax. See IAP Freedom Alerts on the Fair Tax HERE, HERE, HERE and
    HERE.

On the 7th of September in 1774, representatives of the American states
convened in a meeting for the First Continental Congress of America. It was
decided that the meeting should be opened with prayer after those attending
agreed that it was more important that they be united in the recognition of their
need for Divine help than by which particular religion should say the prayer. The
prayer was given and became recognized as the first prayer that was given in the
    Congress of the United States.

There are a few special words within that prayer that speak volumes on why
this nation has been blessed and why we the people of this nation have been
helped through the trials against our enemies by the hand of God. Consider
carefully these few words from that prayer:

"Look down in mercy, we beseech Thee, on these our American States,
who have fled to Thee from the rod of the oppressor and thrown themselves on
Thy gracious protection, desiring to be henceforth dependent only on Thee."

That prayer of the people who were the founders of this nation, to have
"thrown themselves on Thy gracious protection, desiring to be henceforth
dependent only on Thee", was uttered in the hope of a sacred contract between
God and the people of America who wanted to be free. These are words of
prayer for the founding of this nation, the greatest words of prayer that can be
given that, when spoken in truth from the heart of the people, have resulted in the
great miracles in the rise of this nation. It was regarded as a miracle that
America won the war in its fight for freedom and independence against the
world's greatest military power at that time.

It was regarded a miracle when the people became united under the laws of
the United States Constitution, laws that upheld the people's contract with God to
be henceforth dependent only on Him. They created the Constitution to form a
central government for the several independent states, a central government that
was to be bound by the laws of the Constitution under the control of the people
who wanted to be independent with dependence only on God rather than to be
    dependent on any government.

Now comes years later, around the time of Soviet Premier Nikita
Khrushchev's September of 1959 visit to our United States. Undocumented
reports refer to different occasions in which Khrushchev said words such as this:

"Your grandchildren will live under communism. You Americans are so
gullible. No, you won't accept communism outright. But, we will keep feeding you
small doses of socialism until you finally wake up and find you already have
communism. We won't have to fight you. We will so weaken your economy until
you fall like overripe fruit into our hands."

The facts prove Khrushchev was right in this warning. Our economy has
become weakened and literally unsustainable and heading toward ruin due to the
increasing costs of those small doses of socialism such as Social Security and
Medicare. The question remains to be answered. Will America fall like overripe
fruit into the hands of those who work for the establishment of a New World Order
which will be no less than a communist oligarchy? The law and order that exists
under our Constitution will likely suffer its failure unless Americans unite to
accomplish the reforms that are needed to rectify and fix our unsustainable
    economy.

Americans who brought us the American Revolution did not trust
government with the power to impose socialism or, in other words, the power to
rob from Peter to pay Paul. Those who claim that charity is reason to support
socialism, can be looked upon as being in favor of government enforcement of
the practice of religion. Since acts of charity toward the less fortunate is a
command of true religion that is imposed on each individual believer, therefore,
the practice of charity is a mark of true religion. Since the first law of the Bill of
Rights in the Constitution prevents the Federal Government from making any law
toward the "establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,"
therefore, the Constitution does not allow socialism in this or in any other section
of its law. Since the tenth law of the Bill of Rights does not allow the Federal
Government the right to assume a power that it is not specifically given by the
Constitution's laws, it is again emphasized that the law of this land of America
does not give power to the Federal Government to establish and force such
    action upon society.

In line with Khrushchev's warning to America that he gave way back in 1959
concerning the decline of our economy, hear these words of President Obama
that he gave in his address to the West Point Cadets at the West Point Military
Academy on May 22, 2010. President Obama referred to this economic decline
of America as an era of economic transformation. President Obama said, “Time
and again, Americans have risen to meet and to shape moments of change. This
is one of those moments - an era of economic transformation and individual
empowerment; of ancient hatreds and new dangers; of emerging powers and
    new global challenges.”

The Independent American Party serves the American people by fighting for
the restoration of our economy and against America's transformation into an
    economic decline.

The enemies of America promote our nation's downfall by promoting
argument and opinion to discourage the public unity that will be helpful in
achieving the reforms we need. They use every argument to prevent any tax
reform that would eliminate the IRS and its power of direct taxation. The
argument against returning back to the Constitution's original tax law is valid in
recognition that we have poor states and comparatively rich states that has little
to do with their population numbers.

The Constitution's original tax law called for dividing the tax burden between
each of the states proportional to the population of each state. Most people will
agree that the problem with this original tax law in the reality of today's society is
that a state with a large population can also be a very poor state and not able to
pay its assessment based on population numbers. Because of this argument, the
Representatives in Congress are not likely to agree to return to the Constitution's
    original taxing law.

However, a better tax law has been developed that is called the Fair Tax.
The Fair Tax scores favorably in comparison with the original intent of the
Constitution, because both the Fair Tax and the Constitution's original tax law
eliminate the IRS and the power of government to directly tax or rob from Peter to
pay Paul. The Fair Tax also scores favorably in comparison with the rights of
man in the Declaration of Independence by the reasoning that while the original
tax law called for taxing each state in proportion to each state's population
numbers, the Fair Tax maintains the right of each individual citizen to decide if
and when the federal tax is to be paid. For these reasons, the Independent
American Party invites America to unite behind the Fair Tax for the return of
America's prosperity and freedom from government control.

In 1776, the Declaration of Independence was written to establish the
people's stand against government oppression. In 1787, the laws of the United
States Constitution were written to more permanently establish the people's
stand against government oppression. The laws of the United States Constitution
were written to bind government in the chains of the Constitution's law to more
permanently reign in the oppression that comes from people in government who
have greed for power and control.

Ever since that revolution of 1776, Americans have jealously guarded their
freedoms. Today, they continue to resist every attempt to undermine the
Constitution's laws, laws that, after more than 223 years, still stand to protect the
free will of a God fearing people who celebrate the Declaration of Independence
that established the American cause of one nation under God.

The words of the Constitution are simple and straight forward, but
entanglements soon come because of man's insatiable greed for more wealth
and more power for control over the actions of other people.

The people whose greatest ambition is to rule over other people and
establish a communist oligarchy in a New World Order are smart enough to
recognize, that in order to fully achieve their desired New World Order, they need
to overthrow the independence and Constitution of the United States America.
To do it, they need to alter or weaken the laws of our Constitution that serve to
restrict government power. With the establishment of the 16th and 17th
Amendments to the Constitution, both of which became law in the year 1913,
they succeeded in altering our law and removing important restrictions on
    government power.

The 16th Amendment allowed the creation of direct taxation on the
American people along with the power of the Internal Revenue Service. This
direct tax on the people and on individual and corporate capital gains has been
an important cause for the loss of our industry in the move to cheaper production
    and greater profits.

The 17th Amendment eliminated an important law of the Constitution for the
protection of states rights that was established at the time known as the great
compromise that allowed our nation's Founders to agree to the Constitution's
acceptance. This great compromise permitted the elected governments of the
states to appoint the Senators who were to serve in the upper house of the
United States Congress. This establishment of an upper house in Congress was
an important protection for states rights that would persuade acceptance and
ratification for the Constitution. Without the 17th Amendment it would still stand
and have served to prevent many of the Federal Government's excesses that we
see today such as the passing of unconstitutional health care insurance mandate
that attempts to force people to purchase government approved health care
insurance. The IAP promotes the repeal of the 17th Amendment.

The Fair Tax legislation also provides for the repeal of the 16th Amendment.

The Declaration of Independence of 1776 was an American revolution for
the cause of freedom from government oppression. Let us not forget the passion
for freedom or the Hand of Providence that won the victory in our American
    Revolution for independence.
