Americans Must Maintain Faith For Freedom

On January 8, 2011, at about 10:30 AM MST, at a public political
event in Tucson, Arizona, eighteen persons were shot including six of
    them killed.

Every good American condemns crime, especially those that
strike at the heart of our people's liberty under the rule of our
Constitution's law. If crimes of violence become more commonplace in
public gatherings, they become as acts of terrorism used in
propaganda by special interest groups to promote an agenda to
change and destroy the people's constitutional law that places power
in the hands of the people.

It is obvious that our system of government is the system of a
free people ruled under the laws of our United States Constitution
and, therefore, is not suitable for any people other than that of a
moral and religious people who are worthy of self government. When
the people will no longer abide by the law, they will give up their
liberty to those who will promise to bring control over the rampant
crime. In consideration of this point of view, such acts of crime and
violence are next to acts of treason against our nation.

The Independent American Party is a political party that stands
up for and promotes the moral foundations of America. The
Independent American Party recognizes that the future of America
depends upon the proper education of future generations. When
control over public education was taken away from the states and the
courts allowed the establishment of law that interfered with the
people's free practice of religion which included public schools
disallowing the teaching of respect for God and the word of God in
scripture, America began suffering a greater moral decline.

The IAP promotes recognition for the important roll that the
Christian religion has played in the founding of the United States of
America. The IAP promotes the rights of our free people to teach this
American heritage in public schools. The IAP promotes legislation,
such as the “We the People Act” of 2007, that would reinforce the
people's rights to teach this American religious heritage in public
    schools. See H.R.300 HERE.

The IAP recognizes that America's enemies promote the
destruction of our nation's law that involves the teachings in our
public schools. As a political party, the IAP not only promotes the
restoration of local control over public education, it also stands in
defense of the need to respect the Christian religion as the foundation
    of a free people.

Everyone is encouraged to participate in the IAP Committee of
Correspondence in the action of promoting these issues expressed
within the IAP Freedom Alerts. Contact your Congressman and your
    neighbors.
