                       Independent Americans Stand For America
             Why America Needs Independent American Candidates


            There are many reasons for Americans to vote for Independent
    American candidates. One major reason is that the American people
    need politicians who support and promote the great American cause
    that unites the American people.

            The great American cause that unites us as a people is that every
    American has claim to the rights and liberties of life as secured by the
    laws of the Constitution.

            This great American cause is the reason within every word of oath
    spoken in solemn ceremony by every American who serves our nation
    in military service, or in the elected offices within the United States
    Senate, the House of Representatives or President of the United States.

            American independence began on July 4th, 1776, when America's
    patriots agreed with the principles in the Declaration of Independence.
    They agreed that there was a long list of abuses perpetrated upon the
    American people by an oppressive British government establishment.
    The solution was to break all ties with that oppressive government
    establishment and establish a new system of government in America.

            In 1787 the American people united in the great American cause to
    make secure the independence and liberty they had just won. In the
    great American cause, they created the Constitution to be the law that
    would keep the republic of the United State a free nation. In the great
    American cause, the Constitution was written to be the supreme law of
    the land to define for the people the limits of their new government.

            Today, after the passing of more than two and a quarter centuries,
    "we the people" now face a somewhat similar situation. We now have a
    Federal Government establishment created by the two major political
    parties that has turned its back on the great American cause to allow an
    increasingly long list of abuses against the American people and the
    Constitution that "we the people" established. However, in difference to
    1776, our solution is not to break our ties with our system of
    government, but rather to establish the Independent American Party as
    a party that will again unite the American people in the great American
    cause of our liberty made secure through the law.

            Our solution is to join with the Independent American Party for a
    return to the principles and values that make the American people a
    free, a great and an independent people.

            We invite you and all Americans to consider the growing list of
    abuses that both the Democrat and Republican Parties have allowed to
    be perpetrated upon "we the people" and against our Constitution's law.
    Some claimed abuses might be explained away in the opinion of some
    people, but if we allow all these abuses to remain and the trend to
    continue, we will have lost our greatness in the value we place on our
    freedoms - freedoms that we, the people of this nation, once held in
    high esteem exemplified by reference to that shinning city on a hill.

            One of the most grievous abuses against our freedoms and rights
    is for our Government to use terrorism as an excuse to deny the rights
    of American citizens and especially the right to the due process of the
    law under the laws of our United States Constitution.

            Someone said that the terrorists attacked America because
    America is free and they will continue to use the threat of attack until we
    are no longer free. Will our government take our rights and allow the
    terrorists to win their cause?

            Consider the recent Government claim for the need of greater
    power to fight the war on terrorism that goes well beyond the limits of
    power set by the Constitution. This power gives the Federal
    Government the assumed authority to accuse any citizen of being a
    terrorist and then permanently imprison them without due process.
    Those who are accused and imprisoned will be denied their right to
    face their accusers in a court of law and be judged by a jury.

            How coincidental it was that the United States Senate passed the
    legislation for this new Federal power on the 220 anniversary of the
    ratification of our Constitution's Bill of Rights. See the following news

            This abuse of power written into legislation is against everything
    America has ever stood for. It is a worse abuse of Federal power than
    the TSA scans at airports while allowing, at the same time, thousands
    of illegal aliens to infiltrate our unsecured borders. It was passed by
    both the Republican controlled House and the Democrat controlled
    Senate.

            On December 31, 2011, the bill, designated as H.R. 1540, was
    signed into law by President Obama. In the President's own official
    recognition that this new law does indeed contain provisions that
    authorize the permanent detention of any American citizen or citizens
    who might be accused of wrongdoing and then imprison those citizens
    without allowing them their rights to prove innocence, President Obama
    acknowledged this threat in these words within his signing statement.
    He said, "Moreover, I want to clarify that my Administration will not
    authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American
    citizens. Indeed, I believe that doing so would break with our most
    important traditions and values as a Nation."

            Unfortunately for President Obama, it is revealed that he actually
    supports this law that overthrows "our most important traditions and
    values as a Nation". Senator Carl Levin, a Democrat and Chairman of
    the Armed Services Committee, said, “The language which precluded
    the application of Section 1031 to American citizens was in the bill that
    we originally approved…and the administration asked us to remove the
    language which says that U.S. citizens and lawful residents would not
    be subject to this section.” “It was the administration that asked us to
    remove the very language which we had in the bill which passed the
    committee…we removed it at the request of the administration,” “It was
    the administration which asked us to remove the very language the
    absence of which is now objected to.” See HERE and HERE.

            Rather than to protect and defend the Constitution's laws and the
    people's rights to live by those laws, our Federal Government, under
    the watch of both the Democrat and Republican Parties, has passed
    laws in direct contradiction to our great American cause. Moreover, the
    Federal Government has failed to take measures to properly secure our
    borders especially during a time of war on terrorism. At the same time,
    every American who speaks to defend the laws of the Constitution and
    speaks in opposition to Government policy has increasing reasons to
    fear becoming accused by the Federal Government of being a terrorist
    as seen HERE,  HERE,  HERE and HERE .

            Rather than for "we the people" to allow the Federal Government
    to assume powers contrary to the laws of our Bill of Rights that it claims
    that it needs to protect us, should we not rather do it the American way?
    Should we not be true to that great American cause that is at the very
    foundation of our great Union? Should we not be true to that great
    American cause that welds us together as one great nation and
    prevents us from becoming a politically divided people?

            For the American way that unites us rather than divides us, let's
    stand up for our American cause of liberty. Let's stand up in the support
    and defense of our Constitution and make use of our Constitution's
    laws for our civil defense. Let's put emphasis on how the laws of our
    Constitution can be used in protecting the American people rather than
    to overthrow them and the laws of the Constitution that they live by.

            Based on the foundation of our Constitution's laws, the American
    people have a proud history in the organization of their militias and their
    county sheriffs. All good patriot militias and sheriffs stand united for our
    laws and in the sharing of information that promotes action for our local
    community defense against criminal activity. This should include the
    sharing of information with Federal authorities on anything that might
    promote acts of violence within our borders.

           Let's be careful and not give our Federal Government the excuse
    to label "we the people" as being anti-government. "We the people"
    helped (the Hand of God) in the creation of the laws of our nation's
    Constitution. As "we the people" stand in defense of the laws of that
    Constitution and hold the Federal Government accountable to following
    those laws, "we the people" cannot rightly be called anti-government.

            The Constitution defines our government. Whenever that defined
    government overthrows the laws that limit its existence, it then becomes
    the anti-American government. We then have a government controlled
    by a special interest group as seen in the above example of power
    seizure.

            Any power seizure by government that is beyond the limits of the
    laws in the Constitution, especially when promoted by the Federal
    Government, is soon seen in other areas and locations throughout our
    nation. Consider the law of our Constitution that "we the people" have
    established which requires government to obtain a court ordered
    search warrant before even so much as invading our property and
    homes let alone taking the power to imprison us without allowing us the
    right of a proper day in court to disprove accusations of guilt.

            An example of unlawful government action concerns this invasion
    of private property without a proper search warrant. See how the
    accused are portrayed as being anti-government. The accused were
    not careful enough to avoid that label.

            There are many other areas where Americans are losing their
    Rights. The list of abuses to the law and order of our Constitution is far
    from complete. More to this list will be updated. Consider the following
    abuses to the keeping of the Constitution's intent of our supreme law:

            Immigration group blasts Boehner for failing to crack down on
    illegal workers.

            'International Permission' Trumps Congressional Permission For
    Military Actions...????
            
            Govt. sets record deficit.

            America's depth of economic collapse from unsustainable debt and
    its depth of departure from the great American cause of the people's
    right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness will go down just as far
    as we the people allow it to go.

            These topics of parental rights verses children's rights and
    education are issues that the framers of our United States Constitution
    wisely put into the hands and powers of the States and of the people.

            Only those powers specifically enumerated as belonging to the
    Federal Government should be allowed to the Federal Government. If
    we now allow the courts of the Federal Government or United Nations
    to determine those things which the United States Constitution intended
    should be powers left to the States or to the people, we have surely
    departed from the great American cause.

            When every aspect of human endeavor and interaction is
    determined by the growing power of central government, we all become
    imprisoned by the claimed will of the majority with nowhere to escape or
    no place for our independence and our fundamental rights.

            Special interest groups that promote such central government
    powers of intrusion into State and individual rights have also promoted
    the economic transformation that we see taking place around the world.
    The economic transformation has been created through international
    trade agreements, an oppressive tax system and unsustainable
    socialism. It is a planned world agenda of an elite oligarchy to create a
    new world order of control in opposition to our nation's independence,
    free enterprise prosperity and will of the American people.

            Consider the warning given during Soviet Premier Nikita
    Khrushchev's visit to our United States in 1959 when the communist
    plan to overthrow the American people was given some publicity. There
    are several reports that refer to more than one occasion in which
    Khrushchev said words such as this:

            "Your grandchildren will live under communism. You Americans
    are so gullible. No, you won't accept communism outright. But, we will
    keep feeding you small doses of socialism until you finally wake up and
    find you already have communism. We won't have to fight you. We will
    so weaken your economy until you fall like overripe fruit into our hands."

            It seems that Khrushchev knew that our USA Federal Government
    would become controlled by a special interest establishment ruled by
    an elite oligarchy that we the people do not vote for. This special
    interest establishment is dedicated to promoting world democracies and
    economic interdependence. He and they recognize, as our nation's
    founders recognized, that every democracy has an inherent weakness
    of a growing public dependency on the public treasury. This leads to an
    unsustainable economy followed by economic collapse.

            Our nation's founders established our nation to be a republic ruled
    by the Constitution's laws because they hoped to prevent the danger
    and fallacy of democracy. They knew that democracy is economically
    unsustainable when the people become dependent and vote keep their
    dependency.

            It is not surprising that our USA Federal Government elected
    officials no longer appear dedicated to promoting and preserving the
    laws of the Constitution that they took an oath to so do. It is only when
    we the people have the will to become independent rather than to be
    dependent, will our elected government officials again become
    dedicated to the oath of their office.

            As patriots for an independent America ruled under the law and
    order of our Constitution, we promote these political truths and recruit
    fellow Americans to stand in unity for the law and order of our nation's
    United States Constitution. We work to preserve the law and order of
    our Constitution complete with its separation of powers between the
    branches of the Federal Government and between the Federal and
    State Governments.

            The great American cause that has produced a united people
    under the law and order of our Constitution is fast vanishing. To say
    that time is short to revive the great American cause is an
    understatement of fact.

            You and your fellow Americans are encouraged to join America's
    unity of purpose and action for the American cause of government
    under the law of our Constitution. If you can see that the great American
    cause stands for what you believe is right, then together let's stand up
    for the right and recruit others to join with us in establishing the
    Independent American Party in every precinct in every state.

            For the cause of our general well being and for our nation's future
    general well being, share this message with everyone. Join with
    thousands of other Americans who are willing to be independent and
    free. Join to establish the Independent American Party in every
    precinct in every state.

            Through the Independent American campaign for America of
    recruiting and uniting the spirit of Independent Americans, the
    Independent American political influence will grow and be effective.

            We, the people of this nation, either learn to stand together, or the
    corruption of our law will prevail against us in a growing oppression that
    will become a far different society.
