    Fellow Americans,

Time is short for what is needed in economic reform to turn our nation's
economy around from an unsustainable economy to a sustainable and
prosperous economy. The longer we take to accomplish the reforms,
the deeper will be our troubles and longer the time for recovery.

With our present economic policy, we find ourselves being swept into
the same direction of economic self destruction through debt and
slavery to IRS control. Reforming our nation's tax code with the Fair Tax
Act, not only relieves the tax burden from off of our factory production
industry, it abolishes the IRS and its social engineering powers.

We have a few good Congressmen who really do their best to stand up
for our American law and order. They vote on the side of our economic
independence and liberty. You can see the names of 66 of these
representatives for the people at  www.fairtax.org  by the show of their
support for the Fair Tax Act.

Repeal the 16th Amendment and eliminate the IRS. That is what those
66 elected U.S. Government officials stand for by their support of the
    Fair Tax Act.

We call for the reelection of all incumbents who support the Fair Tax.
We call for replacing all others with candidates who support economic
reforms promoted by the IAP including such reforms as the Fair Tax
Act, Entitlements and the CAFR audits.

A most important benefit of the Fair Tax is that it abolishes the IRS and
its control over America's citizens. The Fair Tax is similar to excise taxes
that the U.S. Constitution already authorizes, the difference being that
the Fair Tax is restricted to a tax on the consumption of new products
or service and is collected by the states. The Fair Tax replaces hidden
taxes and is the same rate for everyone with a rebate provided for
citizens at a poverty level of income. The rate may be reduced
according to yearly budgets that satisfy the people's general welfare.
Through what is learned by Comprehensive Annual Financial Report
(CAFR) audits, it is possible that the Fair Tax rate can be significantly
    reduced.

The Independent American Party promotes these economic reforms
because, they will restore and maintain a prosperous, free and
independent America. We recognize how repressive the IRS is in its
power to control through taxes. We know that the Fair Tax will eliminate
the IRS and remove the burden of the IRS tax regulations from
America's citizens and industry. We ask all American citizens and
    organizations to promote these reforms.

The IAP will also promote those additional reforms that CAFR audits will
    suggest as appropriate.

Through Committee of Correspondence action we work to promote and
recruit others for the unity that is needed to accomplish these reforms.

You can help support the IAP in this cause by donating to the IAP at

The Committee of Correspondence is a citizen's network
dedicated to the promotion of good government that is based on those
foundations that made America free and great.

Through contacts to elected representatives and to fellow
Americans through means such as letters, phone calls, meetings and
etc., we stand up for America. We stand to support and maintain
    American law and order.

Considering the direction of our nation as a result of spending,
debt and straying from our founding principles, we need to focus on
voting for principles rather than for a party or for the lessor of two evils.
We the people need to vote corruption out of office and vote only for
those who support the needed issues of reform to restore our American
    free enterprise and prosperity.

Everyone is encouraged to organize and conduct Committee of
Correspondence meetings for the promotion of issues of needed
economic reform and for recruitment of memberships to participate in
the ongoing C OF C mission of contacting and influencing our members
of Congress on how they represent their constituents in their legislating
    duties.

Meetings can be easily arranged in various locations such as
reservation made for public library meeting rooms. People can be
invited on many popular issues of interest with information on other
issues made available as wished at the meetings.

The video below discusses the needed reform of bringing into common practice the
public audit of every CAFR, meaning the audit of the thousands of Comprehensive Annual
Financial Reports that are generated by every public owned government related operation
in our country. Learn how such audits can find funds to be used for tax rate reductions,
especially in the better economic times that tax reform would bring.
